1. Raw Materials

Face Material: Different types of stickers such as day-glow, reflective, and photo-luminescent (glow-in-the-dark) stickers are used. These stickers are chosen based on the needs and location of the sign. For better visibility at night and in low-light conditions, reflective and photo-luminescent stickers are used to reflect light

Base Material: For the sign’s body, resistant sheets such as galvanized, aluminum, and PVC are used. Galvanized sheets are often a suitable choice for signs installed outdoors due to their high resistance to weather conditions and rust

2. Design and Printing

The designs of traffic signs are created in accordance with international and national standards. These designs include geometric shapes (such as circles, triangles, and rectangles), colors (such as red, yellow, and blue), and specific symbols, each conveying a distinct message to drivers and pedestrians

After design, the desired pattern is applied to the chosen stickers using advanced printing and cutting machines

3. Production and Cutting

The printed stickers are adhered to the base sheets (galvanized, aluminum, etc.)

If necessary, the sheets are cut using CNC machines to form the final shape of the sign

4. Features of Standard Traffic Signs

High Durability and Longevity: The signs must be resistant to various weather conditions, including sunlight, rain, snow, and wind

High Legibility: The design and font of the text and symbols must be easily readable from a distance

Proper Light Reflection: The use of reflective and photo-luminescent stickers is essential for better visibility at night and reducing potential dangers

Secure Installation: The signs must be installed securely and firmly in the desired location to be resistant to impact or strong winds
